A circuit will be installed that connects your site directly to our UK network, based in a secure facility at Telehouse Europe. This provides superb high capacity, resilient Internet connectivity through our national network. We operate hardware redundancy and are fully multi-homed and have high capacity links to all major backbones to ensure fast access times to key International networks. As our operations are based in Telehouse Europe we obtain unrivalled protection from power failure, terrorist attack, theft or flooding and so further increases reliability.
Your connection is covered by one of the best service level agreements in the industry - money back if we fail to deliver your connectivity for 100% in any quarter. We can only do this because our network is designed from the ground up to be extremely resilient and scaleable.
A qualified engineer, who will configure your router for maximum security according to your own requirements, always performs installation.
